Freight Shipping for Oversized Furniture

Larger furniture items (such as sofas or modular seating) ship via freight carriers due to their size. These may require scheduled delivery. A representative or the carrier will contact you in advance to coordinate delivery.

Delivery Conditions

• Shipping is curbside only unless otherwise stated.

• Someone must be present at the time of freight delivery to inspect and sign for the product.

• Inspect the item upon delivery and report any visible damage before the delivery driver leaves.

Shipping Damage or Issues

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2–4 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll coordinate a resolution with our supplier (replacement or refund at no cost to you).

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failures
