Return and Refund Policy
At Luxora Living, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at luxoraliving@luxoraliving.shop. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2–4 business days of delivery. We’ll coordinate with our manufacturer to either:
Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund for the original purchase price
Please inspect your item upon arrival and notify us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
Custom or personalized items
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
Opened or used personal care items
Flammable or hazardous materials
Additionally, returns for non-defective, unpacked items are not accepted. If such a return is attempted, the customer may be responsible for the full cost of the item and shipping fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
